PITCH BLACK FORECAST Recording New Album

PITCH BLACK FORECAST, the project featuring vocalist Jason "J" Popson (MUSHROOMHEAD, IN COLD BLOOD, Fractured Transmitter Records),drummer Gene Hoglan (DETHKLOK, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, DEATH, DARK ANGEL, TESTAMENT),guitarist Robert Reinard (NDE) and bassist Steve Rauckhorst (INTEGRITY, KERATOMA),will perform tomorrow (Saturday, April 4) at Peabody's Down Under in Cleveland, Ohio. Support for the show will come from POLKADOT CADAVER and KNIVES OUT! (featuring members of NOTHINGFACE, HELLYEAH and DOG FASHION DISCO).

For the past week, drummer Gene Hoglan has been laying down drum tacks for PITCH BLACK FORECAST's new album at Galahad Studios in Cleveland with engineer Tom Schaffner. 15 songs have been completed so far.

PITCH BLACK FORECAST's debut CD, "Absentee", was released last May through Fractured Transmitter. The album was mixed with Bill Korecky at Mars Recording Studio and featured guest appearances from Randall Blythe (LAMB OF GOD) and Human Furnace (RINGWORM).
